OP- Paulie's apartment

This has been on my hardrive for freakin' AGES. Decided to get out the intuos and just 'finish' it.....not that is it but it ain't gettin anymore done Been trying to get a lot of old and waiting projects finished lately.

Dedicated to Zim-Shady, since she inspired me to even start this by basically drawing my own apartment balcony...hahahha Maybe if I had a desk instead of a kotatsu to draw at I'd actually post more stuff
